Pownall Hall
Pownall Hall School is committed to co-education and aims to provide a caring, disciplined, safe and secure family environment, where all pupils are enabled and encouraged to maximise their academic, sporting, musical and creative potential. The School aims to instil traditional values of courtesy, good manners, mutual respect, tolerance and compassion in its pupils and help them develop self discipline and good working habits for the future.

Governors

A voluntary body of people who give their time and expertise to govern and manage the affairs of the school.  Almost all are parents of current or former pupils of the school and so have a fond interest in the success of the school.  When members of the Council retire new members are recommended and elected by the Committee.

Full governors meetings are held at the school five times a year (September, November, January, March and May).  Interspersed between these are either regular Finance and Management committee meetings as appropriate.
