Pownall Hall School is surrounded by beautiful grounds. The Hall itself contains an Information Communication Technology suite (ICT) with many PCs including Internet, e-mail facilities, interactive whiteboard, additional classrooms and administrative offices. Externally there are the Nursery and the modern Kindergarten and Reception classrooms, both with their own playing areas. There are additional classrooms for Forms 1 to 6 all housed in modern accommodation. Also a well-equipped Library provides extra reading resources. With a Science Lab, a spacious Sports Hall and an Arts Centre comprising a fully equipped Theatre, Music Room and Art Studio, the school has excellent facilities. Our playing fields are on site and allow for all major sports and athletics to take place without the need to travel to other grounds.

Theatre

Pownall Hall has the advantage of a fully equipped Theatre.

A raised stage and the seating on the floor of the Theatre is overlooked by the Gallery. An ideal venue for the school productions and the senior school assemblies, the Theatre offers our children a taste of the dramatic.

The Theatre is also used for dance and Parent Association functions throughout the year.

Leading from the main Theatre with large folding doors to allow for further space into the Theatre if needed, is the Music Room. Accessible usually by the entrance way, the Music room is used for individual lessons as well as class lessons.
